clicking noise from stream pumps

Well, the day finally came, I got my tow stream 6000s and multicontroller. I have them set up temporaroly to see how they work. My question is this: I hear a click when the pumps alternate when set to high and low tide setting. Is this normal?

Yes and if you read the manual it is noted and will deminish over the next couple months, within 2 weeks most of the noise will be gone.
