Yep- Coco worm. I've seen them in red, orange-ish and white- maybe pinkish too.

IMO Any camera with a "super macro" mode and white balance adjustment (auto or manual) should do fine. The sky is the limit of course, but I make due with an older 4 megapixel olympus camedia model...
