I am constanly dropping the jaw looking at these photos. What type of camera (brand, model, etc.) does one need to capture images like these?
 
Well For these I used my D70s with my 18-200 VR adn I guess I used my 50 mm 1.4 on a few. Should be getting the 105 macro which would improve my pictures. This was my first real try on aquarium shooting as I have relocated to Dubai and still didn't build my tank here to move my stff to it. Things couls have also been a lot better if I had a tripod with me but that's not allowed in public aquariums. A few more that I like

I have so many critters in my tank I bought a green madarin. This guy reduced the critter population by half next day.

hskim, when you say your mandarin reduced your critters by half I assume you mean the undesirable critters. Right?
