Closed Loop designers??

Hiya, all.. just wondering if there would be anyone willing to come by and help me figure out a good design for a closed loop to replace two powerheads I currently have in my tank..

Currently, I'm thinking I want to sitck with one drain to a MAG18 that I have here, and then back up to a manifold that would serve two 1 1/4 output with possibly two 3/4" loc line returns each..

There are about a million variables here that I'm not experienced enough with plumbing to consider, hence my reaching out for help..
