my blue hippo tang seems to have small tinyyy white spots and eyes seem cloudy..

is it ick?

can I put Maracyn or Coppersafe Ick treatment by Mardel into the reef tank?

i fed them with their food soaked in ginger for few mins.

i cannot remove the fish.. and i dont want all other fish to get it..

Read the ich sticky posts at the top of the forum. Tiny white spots are a pretty good sign of ich. There is no effective "reef safe" ich cure so if you want to insure ich is out of your tank be prepared to QT your fish .. treat with hyposalinity or copper .. and let the show tank go without fish for about 5 weeks.

Cloudy eyes are often a bacterial problem .. sometimes the result of an eye injury (netting, fighting etc) sometimes the result of a parasite or even the open wound left by an ich infestation. These problems often go away on there own if the fish's immune system is healthy .. but if you don't see progress then QT combined with an antibiotic may be warranted.

That is why I have not used a net to catch fish for a long time. A few LFSs let me catch my own fish using a clear plastic bag, and afterward become more thoughful,

That is also why knowledge and enhancement of compatibility are so important to good health for fish.
