Cloudy Lionfish eye.... Aiptasia!?!??

So I wake up this morning to find my Volitans left eye all cloudy.... Upon further invest I find an tiny aiptasia polyp growing where the clear part of his eye starts. It is very small, pinhead size, but likely the cause of the cloudy eye I'm guessing. My question is should I just leave it until he sheds his cuticle to see if it comes off, or net him and squirt some aiptasia-x near his eye. FWIW, he does not appear to be very happy.....

i would be very careful with any meds around the eye. u can do more damage than help.
if u can safely scrape it off i would do that.

*update*

I took my aquarium turkey baster and gave it a good hard squeeze right next to the eye... The lion seemed to take it pretty well and it appears the aiptasia is gone.... I figured it would be a little more attached but I'm not complaining....
