Clown acting odd

My clown fish has been swimming vertical for 5 days now. It hasn't been eating a lot.
I did a 30 gallon water change yesterday, all levels look normal.
No spots at all,
I have had him for about 7 months.

Any ideas?
Should i QT it?

i think water levels can "look" normal but still be out of wack, especially if you've got some algae growth in the tank.

did you make any changes recently? also... yea a video would be good for the more experienced folks to mull over.
