Clown acting weird

I changed tanks lastnight, no problems. Now, however, my clown is acting weird. Lapping the front wall and one side of the tank, being super careful when passing the hydrometer. I almost think he is trying to race the fish in my Freshwater tank next to his tank. What could be going on?

Also, he is no longer seeming to have interest in the anemone, which he used to host in...
