Clown compatibility question......

I had a maited pair of small false percs in a biocube. I had a large clown in my 95 gallon....., it came from a pair, but we could not catch the other one, which I think was smaller.

I put the pair of small clowns in the 95 with the 1 large one.

I was told since they were smaller they would be ok....... They seem ok, but it was only been 1 hour.....

Any thoughts?

What type of clown was the large clown?

They are all false percs.

I would NOT think this would be ok. Here's what I'm thinking. You had 2 pairs - both with 1 larger and 1 smaller... That means you had a male and female of both. Then you put the pair in with another female of the same species. Eventually these 2 females are going to fight it out probably to the death. Usually they won't allow other females around. Now - there are always exceptions - I guess just watch VERY close - but be prepared to move them...
