clown fish agression

so my clown fish have been progressivly getting more agressive towards me, from head butting to now biting me openly when I try to do anything with the tank (ie. place new corals etc.) and I can't rightly use tongs to place the coral because I'm afraid I'd crush it by being clumsy with something I can't feel right. What I want to know is if there is a way to lower their agression? Will an Anemone help? or should I look into getting a different pair of clown's? They have a habit of moving my poor kenya tree to a spot that it hates and then defend it agressivly when I try to move it back, I just recently started to setup a 60 gallon tank but that won't be ready for a few months even.

What should I do with these guys?

adding an anemone will likely make it worse. They really can't do too much damage, I'm sure that long rubber gloves will protect you. The extreme territorial behavior is common as they get closer to spawning.

hmmm I almost wonder if they are going to be spawning or at least trying to would make sense because they just started doing it within the past month and a half
