Clown fish fighting

I was wondering if it was normal if my two clown fish are always fighting. They used to swim together but at moment they would be apart. Is this normal? Thanks in advance.

if they are juveniles and havent fully matured yet, they might be deciding who gets to be the female.

If they don't sort it out over the next few weeks, you may have two females. Tought to say without more information regarding the size of the clowns, the species, the source, etc.
