Clown fish Shaking

Ok so i have 2 Darwin clown fishes and they are still young. one is about an inch long at the most and the other one is smaller.

they have been in my tank for about 2 months now and i have read about how they become a mated pair and that one will shake as a sign of submition towards the female.

now what i have seen these last couple of days is that the bigger one (female im guessing) also wants to shake sometimes... not as much as the smaller one..

any one know why?

thx

man that sux.. i was hoping they had established that... the bigger one also is the only that sleeps in my RBTA.. the smaller one always sleeps by the back wall of my tank

I have had a similar issue with my 2 clowns. Just in the past 2 days have they actually been sharing ones of my BTA. They're still young though one is a bit bigger and more aggressive than the other so that's going to be the female.

Both of mine shake at each other from time to time. Sometimes it's after a fight and sometimes, it's more to get the others attention.

Don't worry. Let nature handle it own. :)

All will be fine. Sounds like it is mostly worked out any way. The one that is sleeping in the back, knows who is boss.
