My male clown has taken to sucking my torch euphyilia coral and hence he is suffering from his jaw being open and is now not eating.
I have done some reading and found some clowns dieing and some clowns living....
So a bit confused as whether to remove the torch to a different tank or just to see if he will get amune to the sting.
If I remove the torch though, chances are that he might move onto the frogspawn next!

Any suggestions from 1st hand experiences???

my anthias got lock jaw and there was air inside of it
i wouldnt recomend this but, i squeezed the air out of it some bubbles came out and his lock jaw went away.

Happened to one of my percs when they first started being hosted by a frogspawn. It was completely gone in about 5 days. If you search my userid I am sure you could find the thread I had here about it.

Thanks Adam, I actually can't find the thread though using your user id, do you remember the title?
Nice to know though he will get over it, I'm managing to feed him a little in the morning when he hasn't been stinging himself all night! Although at night he's not eating.
It's my fault that he's having this issue, I looked after a sick anemone for a friend and once it got better it was returned to a shop, that's when he took to the frogspawn. He never hosted b4, now I'm working on finding him a new home!
