About a week ago my clownfish started showing white stringy feces, I researched and seemed some sort of intestinal parasites. He lost his appetite and started going to my skunk shrimp for cleaning service. A week later he has brown feces again is eating Spectrum Thera-A pellets which I believe helps to cure parasites. But I also noticed some black spots and he still goes to the cleaner shrimp every day. Could it be black Ick, should I treat or let the shrimp take care of it. I have a Nuvo 8 with soft and LPS corals and currently no fuge so I cannot treat with copper in the tank.
The clownfish moves too much so I have not been able to take clear pictures. Other than the black spots and regular cleaning trips, It swims well and feed well every day.
Any advise?
