Whats the perfect condition for the clown fishes to pair and make babies. I have so many clown fishes (6/7 ) but nothing is happening for last 9-12 months. any idea?

Likely too many and still too small.
What you need is a pair of sufficient size.
Also they should have an anemone or a suitable surrogate like a ceramic flowerpot.
I also found it helpful to add a pair of an easily spawning species (Pseudochromis for example) to the system to provide some hormonal triggers.
