Clown Gobies with SPS

I wish someone had told me what i'm about to tell you, before i got this clown goby.
He was eating my SPS corals. Not only the polyps but also the flesh. So if you have a SPS tank, you would be better off without these little gobies.

Some will be ok and will just bother your sps enough so have less polyp extension(what i was told) but some will destroy your sps.

I'm sure glad i finally managed to cath him this afternoon after trying for a long time.

You have been warned ;)

I've had one In SPS tank for three years, Never touches anything! But a friend bought one and had the same problem as you... Go Figure...

Yeah , if you put one in a sps tank, you're playing Russian roulette. But i guess it can be the case with lots of fish. I have a Coral beauty and it never touched any coral LOL
