is this something that i should be concerned about, I woke up this morning and there they were the 2 of them having fun in the condy, should i be worried?

I'm no expert on clowns but I've seen clowns host just about anything that has tentacles on it. My tomato has been hosting my flowerpot for about 5 years now. My answer to your question, no don't worry about a thing!

In college I had two clowns that hosted in a condy. No problems at all. When the condy got to about 12" in my 58, it was a problem for most of my other fish, but not for the clowns.

at work some black sebae clowns seem to like to host them. and the owner has never had any problems with that combo.

thanks! anyone else had one host clowns?

I just bought a condy today, hopefully my clown will take nicely to it. Although my condy looks like its moving to under a rock as i speak. The condy was in a tank at petco where I got him with some clowns, so I figured it was straight.

yeah i got mine from petco as well and they had sabae clowns in with them that looked fine, I have two healing BTAs after a powerhead issue and a split. I have always wanted a condy, just to feed and look at, never thought my clowns would take to it, but looks cool!
