Clown movement

I have two true perculas and I was watching them the other day and one of them was doing this crazy shaking action. Looks like he was being zapped by electricity, which I know wasn't the case, but it looks like that. What the heck is that?
 
It's a posture that signals to the other one either aggression or partnership. Since we are talking about two clownfish, it's probably signalling it's willingness to pair up if not spawn.
 
Already??? They are very calm towards each other. On occassion I see one go after the other, but nothing results from it.
 
It is usually the one being chased that does the most "shaking." There is a sticky thread at the top of this forum with FAQ documents in it. One of the FAQs is on pairing clownfish.
