Clown question

I have a BC 29. I have one black & white clown in there now that's about a year and a half old. It's pretty aggressive towards me when I have my hand in the tank (charging at me & nipping my hand) I'd like to add a juvenile snowflake clown. Do you think there will be any problems between the two? Also I have one RBTA that's about 5" across will they fight over it? Total livestock is 1 clown 1 six line wrasse 1 firefish goby.

When you say "Black and White" clown...which species? Clarki have black coloration as does Ocellaris and Saddle clownfish. I'd put odds that with the aggressiveness of your current clown, most likely, any other clown, even a juvenile of the same species will either be bullied or killed, especially in such a small tank. If this clown, most likely female, has paired off with the BTA, I think the juvenile will be in even more danger.

You'd have to stick with the same species, and it would have to be a juvenile. You'd have to monitor them very closely. It may work, it may not.

Im guessing your black and white is ocellaris and probably a female now (photo would help ID). The snowflake is of the same species; just make sure your new addition is smaller than your current clown and watch how they get along. IME ocellaris are relatively easier to pair than other species.

That is an Ocellaris. They are easy to pair. Just add another smaller Ocellaris, whichever color you want and they will pair up. You can even add a smaller Percula and they will also pair up.
