Clown Question

I know this has been answered many times here, but I can't find anything right now. I have had an oc. clown in my 30 for about 6mos now and she is very settled. I say she because I know they change sex when they are alone. I was wondering how small I have to go to get a clown to pair with her. I have tried in the past, but always picked one in a tank alone and just things haven't worked out. I have been researching very long about this whole thing. I also have a PLTA in the tank. Would this make it any harder to pair or easier? Thanks for the help!

size isn't necessarily the biggest factor, but you should try to find one that isn't in a tank by itself, and also not the biggest/most dominant one out of a tank of clowns.
