clown sucking in BTA tentacles...Normal?

I just introduced a BTA (my first) into my tank and immediately my maroon clown went for it and started to suck the BTA's tentacles into it's mouth, one at a time. I've searched the forums and can't find any info on this. Is she just cleaning it or what? It is a very strange, yet cool behavior. Thank you in advance

I have a rbta what has lost a few tentacles. The LFS guy asked me if my hosting ocellaris clowns were sucking on it's tentacles, I have never noticed either do this. He told me that sometimes the clown will bite them off OUCH! Just a heads up, I also have a meaner than sin maroon who packs a nasty bite.

She actually has bitten some of the off but it doesn't look like that is her intent. Is this cause for concern or normal, evidently it's not normal. Does anybody know if lost tentacles regenerate.

Yes they do regenerate my is growing new ones. I am no expert but I'd be very concerned. If your maroon is anything like mine they are very rough on anemones and can easily kill one by loving them to death. How big is bta in relation to the maroon, should be much larger.
