clown swimming sideways, and has bumps

Hi, can anyone tell me what this is? These fish are in a quarantine tank going through hyposalinity. I just noticed today that my clown was swimming sideways. When I looked closer there are bumps on him. Sorry my glass is dirty, the only thing I can see wrong with him are bumps on his back just under his fin.

He also seems to have stringy poop... maybe it is a digestive issue?

He is in a quarantine tank, so I could give some medication if needed.

Any suggestions?

This site has always been good for me to identify diseases. It almost sounds like mycobacteriosis to me...

maybe, but doesn't look right. Also I noticed today there is another something. You can see it a little on my first pictures, but it it getting bigger. Also he was shaking a little.

whatever that was on his tail came out and fell off. There is now just a little bump left there. The other bumps have not changed.

I hope someone can help me a little more with this.

i would take him out and treat it like most other illnesses. take action or it will. you know what i mean?

He is already in a quarantine tank being treated with hypo salinity for ich. What should I treat him with?

The pictures aren't too clear to me - I thought they were water spots on the glass. The first thought that came to my mind was skin fluke/lice/isopod. I assume that you don't see the 'bumps' shifting ever so slightly in front of your eyes? If they do, then dose with PraziPro. Stringy poop is also signs of internal parasite which PraziPro will help too.

Thanks. Sorry for the pictures, I can't seem to take good ones.

I don't see them shifting, but they look like they are coming to the surface. The lower one fell off leaving a bump that will hopefully heal. But tonight looking at him with the light behind him so you can kind of see through him, it looks like they are all along the top and bottom of him.

I ordered some PraziPro, and I will treat with that.

Here is another question. While I wait for the praziPro to come, will a freshwater dip help if it is flukes. I know it works when the fish is coming from normal salinity, but since the fish are already at 1.008 sg, does it still work?

It looks like something is coming out now. Could it be some internal parasite or something that died due to the hyposalinity?

is it possible the fish has a sunken belly??? is it eating?

He seems to eat fine, and is not skinny.
