I have had this clown for a year now. it has survived everything my poor tank has gone through. it has even been sucked in the filtration system a few times and i found him swimming in the sumpt. (spelling) anywho, my tank is due for a cleaning which will be done tomorrow evening but i walked by the tank just now and i noticed the clown swimming like a dolphin over my brain coral.. ive had salt tanks since i was a pre teen but in new to it as a hobby of my own. is he trapt in something the coral produces? or could it be a swimbladder issue? ive had fish with swimbladder issues and they would slightly turn on their sides or would swim upside down. im a bit confused at this new "trick " clameous has introduced to me lol

Im not sure. usually when i get clowns they are already married to an anemone. this one rejected all the anemones so i stopped buying them for it. because they kept dying or getting sucked into the pump causing the 90 gal tank to over flow and flood the family room. ive never seen it do it before.

I owed a clown a few years back that would go belly up for me to "pet its belly" then would jump for food. but this clown was just a average fish in captivity. ive noticed she does this odd activity more at night and not as much during the day.
