Clown Tang looks like a wafer

He is wafer thin with a pot belly.

I am thinking he has a parasite. He eats all day long (Nori, food). He is young. He is about 4 inches long. Active. But very thin. no body depth.

Opinions??

how long have you had him? if its only been a week or so thats not a big deal but if its been longer...

Do you have another Tang? I have seen tangs eat each others poop to get the bacteria needed to extract the nutrients from the food. I have seen lots of tangs come from stores that eat and eat but can get any nutrients due to the importers using very aggressive anti-bacterial treatments on the fish.
