clownfih red sore with white fuzzyness

I have a wild caught true perc pair and the female developed a red sore patch under her mouth 2 week ago. I was told to use melafix (bactirial med) by my lfs to treat it. That however didnt work so they said to try oodinex (wide range med). Neither has had any effect and its getting worse. I can see the wound on the inside of the mouth aswell. It has the same redness and white fluff inside.

I fear this may be uronema if so is it too late?

Just an fyi most people consider melafix (and all of its counterparts) to be totally useless..I am no expert in fish disease thank goodness but I would hazard a guess that you are dealing with some sort of parasitic illness..
