i just wanted to share what i observed after adding a new male percula after a pump incident with my old one (guess he watched too many movies
)
i enjoyed watching the interactions after adding the small new one to my lady, she was attacking him frequently,still he stayed close to her, acting submissive. that was in the afternoon. until the lights went off, the were already swimming up and down next to each other.
just before i went to bed (tank is in the same room), i heard some splashing noises coming from the tank, ran there in case someone jumped out. looked for the clowns, they were in a top corner of the tank. the big one had the small ones tail in her mouth and was slapping him against the water surface. it almost looked as if she wanted to throw him out of the tank. she did this for a few times until i interupted by putting my hand into the water. this was 2 days ago, now they are best friends and are hosted by a caulerpa prolifera.
has anyone noticed something similar?
greetings
