Today during my water change, my perc was right at the top of the water surface above her anemone staring at my every move with evil eyes lol.

Mine attacks me any time I put my hand in the tank.... doesn't draw blood, though. I sometimes think she's just hungry, as she's less aggressive after food.

Yes, they will protect their perceived territory. And yes, they can draw blood.

in my 110g where their nem in over to the right side when i go in there they will attack no matter where im at in the tank. they dont typically bother any other fish that are even near their nem..but for some reason they see a hand and over they come to bite. crazy stuff.

one time i had a large maroon clown move my hand so hard while i was holding a rock it pushed it pretty hard into the side of the tank glass. i was amazed it was that strong.
