I have a few questions for you if you have some time to answer them..

1. What size bulkheads worked best for you on the 10 gallon tanks?
2. What return pump are you using?

I only ask because I am wanting to do a set-up like this for my freshwater breeding I do, and am lost on what size bulkheads to use. I was wanting to run 4, 10 gallons in series, but that is as much as I know right now. Eventually I want to run this system for my coral frags....

Very nice looking setup, well thought out,

I have had the best results with good heaters in the sumps, eliminates the danger of cracking heater tubes. Get the best heaters you can find and use them, I used several , just to avoid problems.

Im setting u a similar looking setup for my emergency tanks, hospital tanks and quarantine tanks, 10 x 2ft tanks, each one can be isolated from the main sump etc.
I would be really interested in some close up pictures of your drain system into the sump as well as your return plumbing.
