Clownfish burnt by heater

So today I looked at the tank and my occelaris clownfish was wedged in-between the heater and the back of the tank
I free'd him as soon as I saw it but he has skin damage running down his side almost trailing his lateral line.The scales look opaque
Any recommendations? I read that it can get a lot worse than it looks now

Poor little guy
First, get a guard for that heater!
As for the clown... I'm not really sure. I would suggest isolating him in a hospital tank, keeping the water extremely clean, and maybe treating with something to prevent infection.

That has always been my fear, I keep the heater in the sump.
