I can't believe I was just commenting on someone elses dead onyx clownfish thread, just to find out that mine died too! Or should I say disappeared?! I went downstairs to feed them and I couldn't find the smaller onyx clown! And this isnt the first time! I posted on here about a month or so ago, when one of my onyx disappeared in the same exact way! No dead body, no signs of bad water, everything else is good.
Could my corals eat him? He was probably about an inch and a half or slightly bigger. I have a 2-3 head hammer, a big red mushroom, pink zoa's, and a Green Brain Coral.
The tank is a 24 gallon aquapod. I checked behind in the filter, nothing.
And theres really no way a clown could have squeezed out of the canopy.
I dont hear clicks and stuff so I don't believe its a mantis. Any other hitchhikers that I should check for? I have 1 remaining onyx. I think Im gonna move him out.
