Clownfish Dying

I've had two clownfish die in the span of two days. I don't know what the clownfish died, all the water parameters were in check. It did look like it was breathing heavily. Also i got the clownfish the day after the LFS got them. So the fish would have been exposed to three different waters in 2 days, would this have made a significent impact?

If they were acclimated properly then it shouldn't be that big of a deal that they were exposed to 3 different waters IME. I bought and took home clownfish the same day the LFS got them in. I still have them to this day and they seem fine.
