Clownfish eggs! What now!

I have been reading and reading and reading on how to raise clownfish and have 2 black and white occ. that are spawning. They have spawned several times in thier own 29g cube but I have recently added them to my 75g reef tank and now they are at it again. Question is when the time is right how is the best way of going abou getting the eggs off the glass with out siphoning them out? I dont feel comfortable siphoning them like most people do. But thier clay pot is not in there anymore? Thanks

Do they lay on something that you can remove? If so remove the eggs on night seven. They are sensitive to air. Do you have rotifers and phyto already?

No I got all that they nomally lay on a clay pot which was inthe 29g but now they have laid on the glass, I would just skip this spawn but I'm afraid they will lay there next time too. I am planning on putting the pot back in just need to know the best way to take them off the glass with out hurting them. Like I said I have been reading everywhere and everyone siphons which seems dangerous to me lol

You will not be able to get the eggs off the glass so don't bother trying. Wait until hatch nite, turn off all the lights and pumps. Then check every half hour with a small, fairly weak flashlight. Shine it near the top of the tank. If the larvae are hatching they will be attracted to the light. If you've never seen clown larvae you will be surprized how small and un-fishlike they are. You should have no problems GENTLY scooping them out with a cup and GENTLY placing them in the rearing tank. Raising them is a lot of work but is very rewarding. Good luck!
