Clownfish eggs

Wondering if anyone had good ways to either move the eggs or easy ways to move them when they hatch. They are in my 55 gallon aquarium on the glass by the anemone.

On the glass all you can do is collect the larva after they hatch.

For the next time, after the current clutch hatched, place a ceramic tile, flowerpot (or just a shard) or a smooth rock in front of the current location and hope the clowns will lay their next eggs on that.

I found the best is to offer the clowns a ceramic flowerpot as anemone replacement. Then they will lay their eggs to the inside of that.

I've heard some clowns prefer ceramic pots to nems, has that been ur experience too? I always have clown eggs, but sadly I don't know how to rear them.

My percula pair #1 preferred a flowerpot over a crispa, a BTA and a malu. Only when I offered them a gigantea they finally abandoned the flowerpot and switched to the anemone.

In my experience a flowerpot is the best anemone replacement, especially when you want to breed the clowns. They will reliably lay their eggs to the inside of the pot, which make it easy to take them out.

Put a pot in the tank and when here's eggs on it move the pot to another tank.

No. Let the parents take care of them until hatch night, and THEN remove the pot. They will remove the dead ones and help prevent fungus and other ailments from harming the eggs.

^^ This.

If you take them out too soon you may lose a lot, in some cases even all.
