Clownfish getting it on....?

I got 2 Ocellarius in a 29g tank. Im not sure on their genders but their doing this twitching almost seizing. From some lurking, I guess thats the sign that they want to mate, the smaller of the group also keeps hiding underneath my biowheel filter. Is there a way to check for gender, and what do I need to do to be prepared for being a dad?

I wouldn't think that they are getting ready to spawn yet. More then likely they are establishing dominance. Most of the time the larger of the two is the female.
