Clownfish Help!

I got two Ocellaris today from GQ fish. They are 9-12months old. I drip acclimated them together in a 1gal bucket for 3.5hrs. They were going head to head quite a bit and charging eachother without either submitting. I thought once I put them in the DT they would leave eachother alone, but they haven't. Is it maybe because they are kinda close in size? One is definitely larger but not by a lot... Will one become dominant or will they kill eachother? Please help.

They are the only fish in the tank...

What size are they? They may be doing so because they have both become females. Clownfish become female when they are kept by themselves.

All clownfish are born male. The more dominant of the two will become female. Non mated clowns are still male. They will most likely work it out. If you want do decrease aggression in qt tape a mirror to the tank. It will help and make you laugh in the process. A handy mirror has saved no less than 4 of my fish when first added and I always recommend for adding new tangs.

Good News! After about 2hrs in the DT they worked it out and are best pals, haha. They don't leave eachother's side in the 48" tank. They are the only thing in there besides rock, sand, and bacteria. They are probably 1.25" and 1.5" respectively but this is totally a guess. They came from a tank with 15 clowns.

I will acclimate individually in the future...

Thanks for all the input. Being my first SW fish and having waited and preparing for the first livestock to my system for about a year now I kinda panicked haha...
