Clownfish hovering????

Well I was able to find a pair of completely black and white Ocellaris and during shipping one developed a tiny little white spec behind his gill and has not got any bigger/spread so I figured it was ICH and started treatment last night. She is eating very well, but the only thing that I am worried about is that she is hovering at the bottom swimming vertical facing up, like she is swimming against the current where as the other clownfish is right next to her swimming normal so I know the current is not that high. I did not know if this is normal or part of a sex change because she is the bigger of the two. Thanks for the help....
 
that is not normally party of the sex change, when they do the sex change its more of a clownfish shimmy/shake/vibrating its rather funny, has she moved at all from that spot?
