Clownfish issue?

Good Morning,

Looking for some advice on one of my clowns. She is eating very good and still swimming around. But during the last 24 hr my female has in issue with her tail and pectoral fin. Her tail lost the black color and she isn't moving one of her pectoral fins as much as the other. I'm posting some pictures below. Took probably 100 photos and these are the best I could come up with.

A little background. I have 4 fish, Pair of Picasso clowns, Heniochus, and a Goby. I feed the tank twice a day with Mysis and Brine Shrimp. The clowns are 7 months old. I hand picked them from a breeder when they were very small. I've had them about 2 months.

All the water parameters checked out great and all other fish and corals are doing great. The last fish introduced was the Heniochus about a month ago.

Any advice you can offer would be great. Thanks..

Looks like fin rot. Do a Google or a search here for it.

Also whenever posting your parameters please use the exact numbers for each. Saying they're good, or fine or spot on tells us nothing.

Thanks for the advice. I'm off to research that now. Just wasn't aware that Saltwater fish could get fin rot. Glad I posted because I learned something new again. :)

My bad on the parameters. I should have posted my numbers. I test every 5 days because I'm a little OCD with the new tank.

After watching the tank I believe I found the issue. The other clown is really bullying him. Swims super fast and slams into him. They aren't even spending time together now. I purchased them from a breeder and they have been together since birth. The were hatched in October.

Will they eventually pair up? I read about one of them becoming dominate and being a female but I don't think that has happened yet. For now the fighting has settled down as the clowns are on opposite ends of the tank.
