Clownfish pair question

I have two snowflake clowns that I have had for a little over a year now. When I got them they were a pair (In a tank alone together, one smaller than the other with the smaller one showing submissive behavior) Around fall of last year I noticed the male growing. Now he is bigger than the female and dominates her. Is it possible that after all that time he has become female and now I have two female clowns?

It is possible.

How young were they when you got them?
Is there any infighting?
Are there other inhabitants that they are palling up with?
Other clowns?

I dunno how old they were, I'm sorry that I don't. I only have the two clowns and a goby in my tank. No other fish. Infighting? She has always made him walk the chalk. He had to stay where she told him to and she even caused him to jump so I had to put a cover over the top of the tank. I wondered if he just got sick of it and decided he wasn't gonna take it any more. haha So he turned female and gave her a taste of her own medicine. I don't really care except for the possibility that they might have one day laid eggs. I do so love them. Is it true that once they turn female they do not go back to male?

Correct. Once they switch they can not go back. Basically they are boon Male. Then one becomes the female. (out of the pair or brood)
