Clownfish sick?

Hello,

I just got a pairfish last thursday. They were always swimming around the front of my 24 gallon ap. Last night I came home and they were towards the back of the tank. The smaller one was swimming on it's side towards the top of the tank and it looked as though the bigger one was making sure that he wouldn't move from his spot. I woke up this morning and both of them are towards the top of the tank near the back swimming sidesways.
I'm at work right now, so I won't know until I get back home but I didn't think that was normal and am posting this for some input. Thanks guys.

Check you parameters ASAP and do a water change, when this happend to me it was because of a spike in one of the parameters. BTW are you topping off regularly? That can also be a problem...

Damn,

I won't be home until about 6:30 tonight.

I have been topping off almost everyday. When I got home from work last night they were fine. But I went out and came back home around 5 hrs later and that's when I saw it. I hope they're ok until I get home

I don't think they were sleeping. The smaller one was doing it when I got home and at that time I had my hqi lights on. I am thinking it is the parameters. But my zoos and acans are doing fine. Open up all the way, etc. I just hope they last until I get home.

Just thought I would toss it out there, you mentioned night and morning without regard to the tank lighting. I have a couple clowns that do not host and they sleep at the top back corner of the tank each night in some odd swimming patterns.

Wow,

I feel like an idiot. Hey kurt, it seems as thought the fish were swimming. I'm such a noob when it comes to these things. Checked my water parameters everything was fine, did a small water change just in case.
