ive had a clownfish for past few months he has been the lone ranger for a while. he is a occ clown and recently i added a percula. both are maybe 2 inches. at first my orginial clown was shaking what i thought was a sign of submission. but he keep chasing around the new guy and a few minutes ago i saw my lone ranger had the new huy by his tail skimming around with him. is he going to kill him? its a biocube 29
 
It is generally a bad idea to mix clowns of different species together. Not impossible - but odds are against you, particularly if it is a small tank.
 
If you want to keep two clowns, I would return the new one (or find her a good home) and buy a second, much smaller ocellaris. As others have pointed out, your "old" clown is no doubt a female now, which also means that she rules the tank and will fight any similarly sized clownfish, since they might challenge her for dominance. A much smaller ocellaris will still be a sexually immature male, and he'll most likely submit to her without much fuss--but do keep an eye on them and be prepared to separate them.
