What will baby clownfish eat besides Rotifers. Will they eat frozen rotifers or algae is something like that.

Fry are nearly blind. The only chance they have at eating the first few days is if a rotifer happens to travel through their extremely limited field of view directly in front of them. It triggers a feeding instinct in the fry to dart forward. You need millions of living, swimming organisms to trigger that hunting instinct and dead food won't do that.
