Clowns in Aggressive FOWLR?

What species of clowns could I guess you would say, keep up with, the aggressive tank mates such as triggers, puffers, large wrasses, tangs, eels, etc.? I know Maroon Clowns can, but looking for a different species. 180g Tank. Also, what type anemone does that species host, and what type of lighting over the 180g (wide) 72"x24"x25", would let me keep that anemone?
