I have always been an absolute horrible photo taker. Well I was in the local dollar tree today and seen a small 8" camera tripod that I thought I would buy for kicks and giggles, turns out it helps me a ton! I haven't been able to get such good photos within a minute of taking them ever like these few quick shots. Well worth the $1.00 and would recommend everyone that doesn't have a tripod to at least get this cheap one:fun4:

who said you can't buy "value" for a buck?!!!
very nice Conrad, you have spectacular looking gig there! great job...

Here's some mag pictures. Hes gaining color by the week it seems, slowly but surely I think he will look like the gig as it took a long time for the purple to really pop on the gig, I have been feeding him and hes accepting it lately as it took straight mysis for his appetite to come out

those are some great looking nems and some awesome clowns. Well done, makes me want to bust out my camera and tripod :)

Very nice Conrad. What's the color of the base of the mag?
I saw a red base mag at my lfs but the thing was over 16"!! I kept looking at it and wanted to bring it home but made the right decision not to. :)

The base on mine is only a Tan/Brown. I would love to have a red foot or blue footed Mag. But I haven't seen one around here in my town ever. I do want to get another one in the future probably once I get the 240G upgrade as were in the process of getting a house. So large in wall tank here I come lol

I have a purple foot, purple tentacle with white tips that i got from LA..Love mags, and you have some great looking specimens!

Absolutely gorgeous. I love the first pic of the gigantea. Do the clowns favor one host over the other? They're both natural hosts for A. percula, IIRC...

They do seem to favor the gig more. They sleep in it at night always. During the daytime the smaller one likes to play in the mag while the female larger one is in both all day. But whatever I'm looking at in the tank they go too, Pretty funny to see as they are attention/beggers. Also thank you for the great comments, took me a very long time to finally try housing these guys
