Clowns

Couple of questions on my new clowns:

1) They seem to be eating fine, but only when they recognize it's there. Sometimes I drop the flakes in and they don't notice they're there. Is that something they just have to get into a routine of and they'll get used to it and start eating better? Is there a better way to get their attention?

2) I tried to upload a video, but couldn't get it to upload, but one of my clowns swims around fine, but the other kind of rocks up and down when he swims. Wanted to see if anyone knows why he might be doing that. Is it just a weird way that he swims, or is something potentially wrong with him? He doesn't swim like that all the time however.

Sorry for the paranoia haha, these are my first two fish and I just want to make sure they're well taken care of.

Thanks!

Clowns do swim in place with a rocking motion. I wouldn't worry about it. As far as the food goes, try offering some pellets. They may prefer that over flake. None of my fish care for flake food. I like the New Life Spectrum pellets. Depending on your clowns size, you may have to go for their smallest pellets.

Perfectly normal for clowns to do that rocking motion - mine do it pretty much constantly.
They can take a few days to get into the routine of the tank so don't worry too much about them, just let them settle in:)

I meant pellets, not flakes. I've been doing pellets one day and then frozen the other day alternating. I just want to make sure they're getting some of the pellets before I turn the pumps back on, but also want to make sure I don't overfeed.
