Club Invert Order

Looks like it is time for an invert order! I need to know who is interested in placing an order with Reeftopia by Friday 9/12. We will have the order delivered on Friday 9/19 so you will have the option of picking it up at Randy's from 2-6 or taking your chances with it living until the meeting at Matt's. I need a list of what you want posted right here in this thread so I can try to keep up with it . Payment details TBA. Shipping is free for orders over $130 and my order alone is looking to cover that .

Hmmm, it's too bad that their snail selection and quantity minimums are not nano-friendly.

Just throwing this out there... if anyone is interested in a separate group buy for CUC and/or Macroalgae from www.ReefCleaners.org say so (their prices look much lower too). I was planning on ordering from them by the end of the month. We'd get free shipping on the group order and 25% off the order if there is a link to them off ETRC's site (webmaster?). I fully understand if you all would prefer someone else to manage the funds and delivery since I am still new here. I just want some more macroalgae and a few dwarf ceriths and other small snails.

FWIW we have ordered from reeftopia several times and they will package it any way we like so if you want a smaller quantity it can be added onto the # of an item we get.
Looks like reefcleaners doesn't carry Astreas which are the best all around snail IMO for reefs.
Ceriths are really the only thing that looks higher to me on reeftopia and they are very large.
What type of Macro are you looking for? You might find it local for free

I don't want Astreas because of their falling problem. Reeftopia has nerites and nass's, but more $ in both cases, and doesn't have dwarf ceriths or planaxis. I'll give 2x Astraes a try if anyone is getting them, as well as the nerites.

I wanted something like:
4x Dwarf Cerith
3x Dwarf Planaxis
3x Nassarius Vibex
2x Nerite

As far as macro algae, I was looking for red and green algae appropriate for small display tanks to mix up with the 'low lying' zoas and rics. That is, mostly small and not-too-invasive species. For example, Codium, Laurencia, Neomeris, etc. and no Caulerpa sps. If anyone has anything like that to play around with I'd love to try!

In a group order, price goes down if our combination is greater than one of the price breaks. It would be a good idea to email Reeftopia and ask for their Excel spreadsheet. They wanted me to use this last time I put together a spreadsheet.

I might be interested in a few snails, but I do not have much money to spend. I'll see how the price breaks will fall out before I put in my order for a dozen or two of something.

I have their spreadsheet... I'll be placing the order... Kim is organizing the order and collecting the money... I just don't have the time to deal with it...

Kim has to get her hair done for her engagement pictures the day of delivery so I volunteered to pick up and distribute...

All minimums are covered on group orders... You can add 1 golden if you so choose, 1 hermit, or 1 cerith... And pay a buck and change when the order comes in... They will be individually bagged just for you...

The price breaks run as the order accumulates, but you're talking about a difference of a few cents... If you order 100 Goldens, you pay .32 each... If you order 300 you pay .30... The lot prices are posted here:

We are currently nowhere near the lot minimums... Should that change I will gladly refund you the 50 cents on the few snails you plan to order.

In the future, if you would like to place an order with another company, please start your own thread. It is a lot to organize a group order even without distractions.
