Club sponsorships.

Hi,
I'm curious about TUNZE's policy on sponsoring aquarium clubs and donating goods to aquarium clubs to be raffled off. Do you do this? Thanks!

We will sponsor clubs with a selection of products to be auctioned in the vicinity of a local dealer in exchange for recognition of the dealer of our products. This is the only way we do it as we have had people fraudulently present themselves as clubs and even some so called clubs seem to be more appropriately referred to as a swap meet/garage sale organization. If a club is on good terms with a good LFS it speaks volumes about the integrity of both organizations.

Thanks for your response Roger. I definately understand the threat of fraudulent claims, and that's somethig I've been worried about as well. In any case, do you have any dealers in the Columbia, SC, area? I'm thinking I may have seen your products at a store called Fishy Business as well as perhaps at one called Fins in Irmo, SC. Let me know if there are any nearby dealers and hopefully we'll be able to work something out. Thanks again for your interest and help Roger!
