I don't have an issue with Jeni, or anyone else in the club for that matter. I am just sick of the threads getting closed or littered with this private crap that needs to be taken care of in private. If some people have issues with the direction that the club is going because they are afraid of change, oh well. Just because some people are founding members doesn't give them a right to dictate individually the way the club is heading. Like I have said in the past, I am new here and consider it a privelage to be among the rest of you. I just want to see things handled in a professional manner, ie. private.

I agree 100% with most of what you have said.
If you will reference my post, I did indicate certain things should be dealt with in private. I too believe that issues with the club should be dealt with on that board and/or in private rather than RC. However, since this individual decided to air it out here, I posted my opinion. And it is simply that. An opinion on how I feel towards certain actions I have witnessed. It's not personal towards anyone, it's simply my perception of what I see. Nothing more nothing less.

Actually, I did try to speak to the person I have had problems with in the past & there was no speaking to him. That being said, today we hugged & made peace & all is well within my end of CMAS, so lets all try not to disrespect each other anymore!

One of the good things that was discussed today concerning this was the possibility of members getting "banned" for these types of posts in a public forum.
Grievances are fine if valid, but should be addressed in a proper forum. Most of us are adults and should be smart enough to know better.
