Just thought I'd toss this out there for folks who have looked for places to get their own CO2 tanks filled while you wait. I just got mine filled today in Mascoutah, IL, at a place called Fire Appliance, Inc. It's at 121 Main Street and very easy to get to. Phone number is 618-233-1516. You need to call ahead and make sure the guy who does it is going to be there before you head out. I got there and a lady working there took my 5 lb tank to the back. She got out a receipt sheet to write down my info and price, and before she was even done with that, the guy was back out and handing me my tank. Cost was $12.77 to fill my 5 lb tank. If your tank is out of date, she says they can also do testing there as well. They are not open on the weekends. I believe their hours were 8 - 5, M-F.
