Coaxing a new ywg to eat?

Any suggestions on how to get a yellow watchman goby to start eating. He has been In qt for 3 days. I feed him nls marine pellets. He just seems to ignore them. My clowns loved the pellets. The goby is much more sedentary and elusive .. I will try some frozen marine cuisine next. Is this a normal behavior?

Try frozen foods like Mysis, Cyclops or brine shrimp.

I target fed my new lil guy for the first couple days, NLS pellets and Reef Frenzy. Now a week later he's competing with my Royal Gramma-lol, who is 3x his size.

this little guy seems to be a little skittish. He does not eat in front of me. But I know he has to be eating some of the pellets I get to him.. I have seen him poop regualarly. and when I do water changes in the bare bottom qt I suck up a lot of fish waste.
