COCO worm emergency!!!!!

My coco worm just let out a bunch of milky looking stuff from opening of the tube. It clouded my hole tank. Skimmer went crazy.
Only thing I did was feed spot feed flake food to my 2 shrimp about an hour before this happened.
Tank is starting to clear up now, but it scared me real bad.
Has anyone had this happen to them?

I run carbon all the time in a reactor so I'm good there.
I'm hoping it was just sperm. It really looked like it.
Maybe I should of had my wife taste it and tell me
